TripHisab (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides fleet, trip, and finance management software for transport businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website triphisab.bizvyn.in and our mobile application, and how we use and protect it.

- Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (stored securely hashed), and optional Google account identifier if you use Google Sign-In.
- Business data: company name, staff roles, vehicles, trips (LR, routes, freight, weights), parties (transporters, drivers), income and expense entries, documents, and settings you enter in the app.
- Technical data: IP address, browser or device type, and app logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
- Authentication tokens: session tokens to keep you signed in (API access).
3. How we use your information
- Provide and operate TripHisab (trips, accounts, reports, invitations).
- Authenticate users and enforce company-level access permissions.
- Improve reliability, fix errors, and prevent abuse.
- Communicate with you about support or important service changes (when applicable).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Legal basis (where applicable)
We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), with your consent where required (for example Google Sign-In), and for legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention.
5. Third-party services
- Google Sign-In: If you choose it, Google processes your sign-in according to Google’s Privacy Policy. We receive basic profile information (such as name and email) to create or link your account.
- Hosting: Data is stored on servers used to run triphisab.bizvyn.in.
6. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, or business record requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated company data by contacting us; some logs may be retained for security for a limited period.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect data. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; please use a strong password and keep it confidential.
8. Your rights
