By using TripHisab at triphisab.bizvyn.in or our Android app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service
TripHisab helps truck owners and transport businesses manage trips, fleet, accounts, and related finances. Features may change over time. We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite to your company workspace.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of business data you enter. You grant us permission to host and process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or upload malicious code.
- Attempt to access other users’ data without authorization.
- Reverse engineer or overload our systems.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
5. Disclaimer
TripHisab is a record-keeping and management tool. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Calculations and reports are based on data you enter; verify critical figures independently before business decisions. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (if any), or INR 5,000, whichever is lower.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or limit access with notice where reasonable. Provisions that should survive (liability limits, governing law) remain in effect.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
